Biltong & Drywors


Biltong is a high-protein food. Approximately 220 g of beef are required to make 100 g of biltong, and the process of making biltong preserves most of the protein content. Some biltong can have up to 67% protein content.

We supply our top quality biltong as “wet” (moist), “medium” or “dry”.  Additionally, we can supply it with a healthy layer of fat or as lean as possible.  Biltong can also be used as a teething aid for babies.  Please contact us should you have any special requirements.
